Face it Together Bemidji Aims to reduce the stigma with addictions of all kinds. Our Recovery Coaches aim to instill Strength and Hope by sharing their personal recovery story and also providing resources to help others in their journey of recovery.

Recidivism refers to the person relapse into criminal behaviors, often after the person receives sanctions or undergoes intervention for a previous crime.

A Peer Recovery Specialist is someone who has personal experience with addiction and has learned to overcome it. They use their own recovery journey to support and guide others who are struggling with addiction. They provide a listening ear, share coping strategies, and help individuals navigate the recovery process.
